Bring 2 cups of filtered water to a gentle simmer in a small saucepan.<br \/>\n2. Add stonebreaker, dandelion, nettle, lemongrass, and ginger. Simmer for 10\u201315 minutes.<br \/>\n3. Remove from heat, cover, and let steep for another 10 minutes.<br \/>\n4. Strain the tea and let it cool to room temperature.<br \/>\n5. Stir in lemon powder and sweetener (if using) until dissolved.<br \/>\n6. Refrigerate until cold.
