One Serving
Ingredients:
1 teaspoon stonebreaker powder
1 teaspoon dried dandelion root
1 teaspoon dried nettle leaf
½ teaspoon dried lemongrass
¼ teaspoon ginger powder
½ teaspoon lemon powder
2 cups filtered water
Tupelo honey or monk fruit, to taste
Directions:
1. Bring 2 cups of filtered water to a gentle simmer in a small saucepan.
2. Add stonebreaker, dandelion, nettle, lemongrass, and ginger. Simmer for 10–15 minutes.
3. Remove from heat, cover, and let steep for another 10 minutes.
4. Strain the tea and let it cool to room temperature.
5. Stir in lemon powder and sweetener (if using) until dissolved.
6. Refrigerate until cold. Serve over ice.
