This refreshing drink will be a summer favorite. Switch out the berries or make a bigger batch for a crowd.
Single Serving
Ingredients:
1 cup cold water or sparkling water
½ teaspoon hibiscus powder
¼ cup fresh or frozen raspberries
1–2 teaspoons honey or agave syrup (to taste)
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Ice cubes (optional)
Fresh mint garnish
Directions:
1. Combine hibiscus powder, lemon juice, and sweetener in a glass or shaker bottle.
2. Add raspberries and mash gently with a spoon or muddler to release juices.
3. Pour in cold water (or sparkling water) and stir or shake well.
4. Strain if desired for a smoother texture.
5. Serve over ice and garnish with mint, extra raspberries or a lemon slice.
