This tea contains a blend of beneficial herbs to soothe digestion.
Servings: One Serving
Ingredients:
½ teaspoon Carqueja powder (approx. 1 gram)
2 teaspoons dried peppermint leaves (cooling and palate-cleansing)
½ teaspoon fennel seeds
1 slice fresh ginger or ¼ teaspoon powdered ginger
1 stick cinnamon
1½ cups boiling water
Honey or monk fruit extract to taste
Directions:
1. Combine all herbs in a tea infuser or teapot.
2. Pour boiling water over the blend and steep for 7–10 minutes.
3. Strain and sweeten to taste with honey or monk fruit.
4. Enjoy warm, ideally after meals to support digestion and liver function.
