Use this cool-weather spice blend in hot drinks, lattes, smoothies, apple or pumpkin pies, cakes, and muffins. We recommend using Nature’s Uncut Ceylon Cinnamon because it has less tummy-irritating coumarin than other commonly sold forms of cinnamon.
Yields 3 Tablespoons or 1.5 oz
Ingredients:
1½ tablespoons Ceylon cinnamon powder
1 teaspoon dried ginger powder
½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
½ teaspoon ground cloves
½ teaspoon ground allspice
Directions:
1. Combine all spices in a small bowl.
2. Mix thoroughly until uniform.
3. Store in a small airtight container, away from light and heat.
